The modern design of the hotel really stood out, making the common areas feel fresh and inviting.
I found the shower products had no designated storage in the shower, which was quite inconvenient.

Stayed at the hotel for one night while visiting Citi Field, and I appreciated the clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed. The modern design made it feel fresh, and the in-room Netflix was a nice touch for winding down after a long day. The location is pretty convenient too, just a short bus ride away from the ballpark. However, the check-in process could use some improvement since it took longer than expected.

The stay in the deluxe single room provided a soft and clean bedding experience, complemented by a spacious shower with reliable temperature and pressure. Though the room was quiet, the lack of designated storage for shower products was inconvenient. Dining was enjoyable with fresh crisp salads available. While the location was decent, the overall upkeep could be improved, particularly related to amenities.

great service but room expectations were not met
I appreciated the cleanliness of the deluxe single room, as it was meticulously maintained by Nicole the housekeeper. Joan at the front desk was exceptionally accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Having a view of the city was a highlight, allowing me to enjoy the skyline from my window.
However, I was disappointed with the initial lack of assistance with my luggage from the front desk staff.

Clean and spacious room with modern amenities
During my stay, I was impressed by the spacious double room that offered a comfortable bed and a modern design, complete with a smart TV featuring Netflix. The hotel was well-maintained, and I appreciated the cleanliness from the lobby to the room. The staff, especially at check-in, were efficient and polite, ensuring I felt welcomed. However, the location felt a bit disconnected from the main attractions in Manhattan.
